First thing in the morning still in bed drink one big glass of warm water drink it slowly watch your system getting activated warm water will kick start your metabolism which is extremely important for fat loss I put boiling water in this thermo sealed bottle and night before so that I have warm water on my backside in the morning.

20 minutes ABS workout and strength training

Now jump out of the bed, freshen up and get ready for a workout 20 minutes of strength training at home or gym followed by 10 minutes of ABS and cardio is good enough your body cools down and gets ready for breakfast.
